From the south: make your way north (via, e.g., Hwy 77 or I-35W or Hwy 100 or Hwy 169 - whichever you're closest to) to 62 Crosstown, then east to 34th Ave exit. North to 54th St; then east on 54th St to 38th Ave South.
From the north and west: 35W to 62 Crosstown. East on 62 to 34th Ave exit. North to 54th St. East on 54th St to 38th Ave South.
From the southeast: westward over Mendota bridge onto 62 Crosstown going west, to 34th Ave exit. North to 54th St. East on 54th St to 38th Ave South.
From the northeast: Hiawatha (Hwy 55) south to 54th St. West on 54th St to 38th Ave South.
Bus routes serving Saint Herman's:
Route 7: Get off at 34th Avenue and 54th Street. Walk 4 blocks east on 54th Street to 38th Avenue. Route 7 connects with Blue Line light rail at the 46th Street station.

Taking Blue Line light rail to St. Herman's: The 50th street station is about 3/4 of a mile from the church. From the 50th Street station, walk west (up the hill) on 50th Street to 38th Avenue. Turn left (south) on 38th Avenue and walk 4 blocks to 54th Street.
